MSSQL 2005 Cluster performance low than single MSSQL 2005

we use single MSSQL2005 single In UAT environment, run a SP around 20MIN

but we run the same SP in our production environment MSSQL2005 cluster
connect SAN, than around 50MIN,

we try restore the UAT database to production and run the SP, the result same,

anyone knwo the problem, it is cluster low performance than single?
