RAS PPTP VPN SERVER PROBLEM

Dear All,
Anyone know why a user can't establish VPN connection to RAS of WIN 2003 SRV
as PPTP VPN server immedaitely after dropped the connection from WIFI? The
VPN Client is keeping to show verifiying username and password then
prompting 721 error at last (server is no responding). But actually, the
server is still running well. Some users are still connecting.
