Need help to link my .chm file to my program

Hi, I'm new at this program.....pls kindly advise on how to link my .chm file to my program. I've also finished the .chm file but there seems to be some problems displaying the webpages when I click on them in Contents. Can someone help me on this? Greatly appreciate it

Did you specify your URL in the Table of Contents Entry dialog
