How can I get the lastest hha.dll(4.74.9301.0)?

Could someone tell me where I can download hha.dll(version=4.74.9301.0) ?
Recently, I use hhc.exe to compile my doxygen comments but it caused GPF.
I just wondered would it be better if I use new hha.dll(4.74.9301.0)?
It is an emergency.

If you can obtain a phone number for your local Microsoft support team -- go
to http://support.microsoft.com/select/?target=assistance and then select
your version of Windows as the product for which you want assistance -- the
support engineer can make this available to you. Just mention to him or her

I contacted them, but Microsoft says that it was discontinued and the
file isn't available any longer. With that, where can I obtain the
4.74.9301.0 version of hha.dll?
