Help with partnership

I have an HP Jornada 720 that has been running fine with ActiveSync 3.1.
Recently I had to perform a hard factory default reset and have been unable
to re-establish a partnership. The Partnership Wizard does not appear and
the Jornada will not reconnect without a partnership. Any suggestions?

On your Jornada
Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Communications -> PC Connection
1) Make sure you have checked the box for "Allow connection..."
2) Make sure the connection speed is OK for your desktop (other end of
ActiveSync connection). But any speed should work unless you have
something very old and/or odd.

You might also want to change the Device Name, but that's mostly
esthetic.
