Hi there,

Couple of things to try:

1. Try a repair of the installation Control Panel > Programs > Microsoft
Office 2007
2. Try uninstalling and reinstalling Groove and if that does not work, try
uninstalling and reinstalling all of Office 2007
3. If you have an account on another computer (or you do not care if you
lose this account) run a grooveclean /all
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/907854 and start over with anew account.
