I don't have an account code; reading the other links it doesn't give me the
options to say I don't have one it just want me to enter....
how do I get an account code?

have lost communications with my clients, cant afford support, with the self
helps and general clicking i have found that I am offline and there is not
account config code for my account. The self helps said there should be a
button to find on but i dont have the button. I upgraded from 3.1 to 2007
and now no communications for at least a month (yeah just found this out) Im
a bookkeeper and these clients were done for last year now trying to get
caught up and cant get to their work. Also under my contact info says I'm in
version 3.1 and I'm not....
