Hi,

All they have to do is activate against your Groove domain with the
activation key and activation server. Their account will convert to a domain
controlled account and inherit all Groove Domain Device and Identity
policies. However their spaces and data should remain intact. As always,
test this first with some test accounts before proceding into production.
