Item shows Requistioned but it isn't

using GP v9.0
We have an incorrect item number that needs to be combined with the correct
item number.

However, Item Combiner will not allow me to because it is showing a qty of
(3) REQUISITIONED. (Inquiry>Inventory>Item).

However, there are absolutely NO instances of this item being anywhere -
where do I need to look to clear this up? Is there a specific table I can
look at that would show where this is?

Dear Pam,

Try to run Inventory Reconcile utility, this will fix this issue.
Tools -> utility -> Inventory -> Reconcile

Already ran Inventory Reconcile - didn't work. This item was on only on ONE
order back in 2001 and that order was voided - never used this number again
b/c it was the incorrect one.
