Dynamics 9 sp3 upgrade error

Hi,

I am trying to apply MS Dynamics 9 sp3. I get the following error:

A previous version of MS Dynamics GP has been detected

To proceed you need to upgrade your MS Dynamics GP system database

Other users are currently using MS Dynamics GP. You cannot update tables
while anyone is using MS Dynamics GP

Please help.

If you know they are no users in the system, you may run the following SQL
server script against your Dynamics database:

USE DYNAMICS;
GO
TRUNCATE TABLE ACTIVITY;

Once you have completed the above, re-launch Dynamics Utilities to proceed
with the standard table upgrade and procedures.
