PO Receivings batch error

I recieved in about 20 PO's yesterday in a batch, and when I went to post the
batch I got the following error:

"The stored procedure glpBatchCleanup returned the following results: DBMS:
0, Great Plains: 20488.

[More Info]
"glpBatchCleanup. Error occurred attempting select from Batch_Headers"

The batch also seems to be stuck in the Batch Recovery window, but I get the
same error when I try to recover the. Anybody have a suggestion? Is there
an error in the stored procedure I need to fix??

Checklinks cleaned up this same error at a customer site last week. Try it.

Hi Michael,

Looks like Batch Header data is currupted.

as Me Richard said try the check links ( check link will check the header
and detail records) if not solved then

you need to delete the batch and let GP Recreate it for you.

delete SY00500 where BACHNUMB = 'batchnumber' AND BCHSOURC = 'source'

delete the record and run the check links again to recreate the Batch header.
