Separate Fulfillment Process greyed out

Hello,

I would like to check the box for Separate Fulfillment Process under Sales
Order Processing setup for Orders but its greyed out. How can I get it enable
so that I can check the box.

Have you already entrered/transferred/posted transactions associated with
this order type? If so, I do not believe you can change the fulfillment option

Yes we have entered and posted some transactions associated with this order
type. How about changing that in SQL table, is that possible?

Meg,

While possible, it is not recommended. Setup a new order type that allows
for separate fulfillment, make it the default order type, and start entering
all new order transactions under this order type. Close out all orders under
the 'old' order type and call it a day.
