Hi,
My son Beau is a big fan of Halo and other Xbox games. He communicates
through the internet with a pal and they game together. AT the moment he
can't talk with his pal because the NAT codes from the router are not
working properly. Can someone help my son?

The "NAT" is Hardware Firewall, for configure that, must you read the Manual
of the Manufactorer of your Router.
Try and to dissable all your firewalls, probably that’s made this issue.
