Problem trying to install Zoo Tycoon 2: Extinct animals

Ive recently purchased a copy of Zoo tycoon 2: extinct animals. I have
already got Zoo tycoon 2 installed and my computer has all that criteria
needed to run it. But every time i try to install, i get this message "Failed
to get setupENU.dll language code" . I have tried every thing i know, but
nothing has worked. Its frustrating that ive got a game, i cant actually
play.

Anyway. Has anyone got any ideas how to solve this problem?
