Zoo Tycoon 2: Ultimate Collection won't even install

everyone seems to be having a problem installing disc 3, but i can't even get
disc 1 to install. i have all the needed requirements, but i keep getting a
message that says:

"Zoo Tycoon 2: Ultimate Collection cannot install running setup.exe. Type
autorun.exe or double-click autorun.exe on the game CD"

i tried typing in autorun.exe and my computer says it can't be found, and i
would try clicking it on the game.. but it won't install at all!

go to task manager, select processes, find "startup.exe" or "setup.exe" and end it.

Mine won't install either!
