can't install zoo tycoon-error messages

Hey Guys, I have bought this program a fair year ago, I wanted to open it up
and play it again because I am bored, but I can't seem to get it to work, at
ALL.

I am running on Windows XP, I'm pretty sure the disk is clean and
non-scratched, but it just won't work!

Zoo Tycoon Setup has encountered a disc error while writing to the file
C:\Program files\Microsoft Games\Zoo Tycoon make sure your hard disc is not
full or that a file is not in use.

I have plenty of room or what file could be in use? Any info would be great.
