New email address problems

[Arlene Purdie]

Lloyd Purdie is a Bridge Club member - he is attempting to change his email
address from brucec...@paradise.net.nz to purd...@hotmail.com. The
problem is to take his NICKNAME with him - blithe_kiwi - also his current
subscription and ratings - he changed everything according to instructions
but now cannot log on.

Hi Arlene,

We can't move our Zonenames, but we can change the email (name)
of a Passport by following the instructions at:
http://help.msn.com/!data/en_us/data/ppv25.its51/$content$/SISOToChangePassportemail.htm

He can change to any email type except @hotmail, @msn, etc.,
since those are already passport accounts and can't be changed.
