This is what I get trying to install the first disc: "Error 1311. Source

The problem is that D2Feat~1.cab is not on CD1 but on CD2. It's in the right
place according to the error noticifation, but it just doesn't want to open.
Very annoying, especially because it's half in the installation process, so
everything you're trying some measure, you have to wait 40 minutes to see if
it worked. And for the 35th time now, it didn't. Not very nice for a game
that cost over 40 bucks.

it is because you don't have winzip (o maybe winrar too) i solved it
installing winzip and install the fsx again

basta você abri a pasta com o cd 2 e copiar o arquivo D2Feat~1.cab e colar na pasta do CD 1
