i have problem with running fsx

this message shows me every time when i want to play ma fsx deluxe edition. I
have windows XP.

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\fsx.exe

The application has failed to start because its side- by- side configuration
is incorrect. reinsttaling may fix the problem.


SO PLEASE HHHEELLPP ME . ANY IDEAS?

Try installing both:
Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package (x86)

And
MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 2 (Microsoft XML Core Services)
