This is a known issue with Service Pack 9 for Microsoft FRx 6.7. It is
scheduled to be resolved in the next service pack.
The problem occurs whenever spaces are present in the directory path. For
example: “C:\Program Files\FRx” is split into “C:\program” and also
“Files\FRx”. Both of which are not valid locations.
There are two workarounds for this issue. First is to deselect the
“Activate Workbook” feature in the catalog screen for the report. This
obviously will stop the error, but will also stop Excel from opening up
automatically once the file is generated. The second option is to generate
the file to a directory path that does not have spaces in it. Something like
“C:\FRx”.
We realize that this is an inconvenience to our users.
Hope this helps.

Can you tell us if there is an expected date for the next service pack?
Thanks!
