I have a client that wants a list of employees that can be sent email from
their web site, easy enough, but he also wants to discreetly be sent a
carbon copy of all this email without the employee ever knowing it. Kind of
a "keeping a tab on the employee" situation. Any ideas?

I think all you need to do is set-up an account with an ISP. The mail will
go to the employee set up (Forwarding Address) on the website. However, the
main user of the account ISP will also get a copy.
