I am trying to create some functionality in FrontPage that
will allow users to see a schedule of up and coming
meetings, as well as the user being sent an email to
remind them of the up and coming meeting (which may not be
till another six months away). I want the reminder to be
sent maybe a week or two before the meeting, but not
straight away.
I do not have Outlook available as a Web Component that I
can add in.

Any suggestions?

In outlook you can create a new calendar and save your calendar as a web page
- then use file import in FP to bring it into your FP web

As for the reminder you would have to save each event on Outlook as a vcalender and add theme as links to your html in the FP
Outlook calendar
