I am trying to figure out why my themes aren't working
correctly. When I apply them I can't get the banner or
the buttons that go with the theme to show up, however
things such as the text color and font size are all
correct for what it is supposed to be. How do I get this
to work correctly, or even what is preventing it from
working correctly??

You need to create a Navigation View an apply a navigation bar or banner
