Using VBA to extract href from webpage

[ITIS Inc]

Using VBA from within Frontpage 2003 I wish to grab a specific link from a
web page and insert it into a form field. I have this working except that I
cannot figure out how to just extract the href portion to display, rather
than innerHTML or outerHTML. Any help much appreciated.

won't a GetAttribute on HREF get you the HREF value?
