Import file structure

I had a dual disk failure during cloning. When I imported the website to my
newly loaded hard drive, the file sturcutre of the website is lost.
FP instructed me to publish the site back to the ISP and that would solve
the problem. It didn't. I have an imported website with only the index page
and no subpages or hyperlinks. All the file are on my hard drive.
