frontpage add in

My host webhost4life moved recently and i have lost my whole site from online
yet they say they have installed front page extensions now i cannot publish
or anything or even connect the theme is gone also the links
they keep just repeating the same thign all the time tell me to do this and
that none of it works I did use Ftp to save the site on my computer but cant
seem to find it either
I need this website online please help
