My IIS6 server has 162 FP subwebs. I am working on converting a lot of these
to regular web folders. The FP conversion goes OK. I give the web authors
modify access to these folders using Microsoft Windows security. The problem
is that the authors can not delete sub-folders inside these webs after the
conversion. They can delete files inside the sub-folders. Is there
something else that I need to do after the conversion?

If you are explicitly setting permissions on the server for the old subweb folders,
- you need to make sure all subfolders also have the same explicit permissions

I applied all the new permissions to the subfolders. I still can not delete
any folders that were published with FrontPage.

If you are trying to delete them w/i the site w/ FP you can't because the FP SE permissions have been superceded by your explicit
permissions
