FrontPage hosting company in 2012 and beyond?

I volunteer at a nonprofit that wrote their web site using FrontPage 2003. It's been working very well. Unqualified people can make minor changes, and the automatic calculation of navigation is invaluable.
However, the hosting company that we're using, while still claiming to support FrontPage with extensions, really isn't. They don't support it well; our site has been down for almost two weeks with various problems.
I don't want to change to expressions or whatever and retrain people.
Does anyone know of a hosting company that is really committed to supporting FrontPage (including extensions) for the long term? Seems like there might be a business model to support a lot of small businesses.
