problems with submitting a form

Hi all,
I am a novice with this stuff but am trying to create a form on Frontpage
2003 that you have to upload a file to and submit. It is an application and
requires the resume of the person. It looks like the form is correct but
when you hit submit, it loops back to the form - now blank! The submit
button is set to "submit" so I don't know why I am getting this error. Any
suggestions?

A link to the page will help find a solution.
If your server is Unix then the FrontPage upload component will usually fail - though not with the apparant error you are seeing.
