When I try to add an email address to a form i receive
the following error message appears "this form is being
created on a disk based web or the frontpage server
extensions have not been configured to send email".
The server where the website is posted does have
frontpage server extensions installed as well.Please help!

The host must configure the forms to email transport via the extensions on
the *host* server. You'll need to contact them to do so.
