Hi guys/gals,

Is anyone taking WebTV serious? Anyone know the number of users?
Anyone know the current stats on browsers in use?

I've seen the MS propaganda. And now NS is giving away there stuff.

I'm not. Our web stats are basically Netscape 52% (and falling), Explorer
47% (and rising) all others 1% (of which Web TV is .46%).

Thanks Warren,

I wonder if the NS/IE stats will change now that NS is giving away NC
Standard Edition? It's hard to beat IE for $4.95 on CD!

Do you know what versions are used most?

2 issues which you need to consider in particular when dealing with
designing for WebTV:

1. WebTV folks suggest that you use light text on a dark background for
better readability from a distance.

2. Remember that Web TV cannot scroll horizontally. This is especially
important if you use fixed-width columns or frames.
