VBScript/Jscript Examples/Reference/Documentation

Could anyone point me at any sources of help for VBScript and/or JScript ?

I've never used these scripting languages before and am having difficulty
using them without any knowledge of how they work !

Any pointers would be very helpful.

used for your subject here.
Many sites with this kind of knowledge.

Actually if you go to Microsofts site in the IIS section and click in
Product Documentation the Doc's for Jscript ans VBscript are pretty good.
Navigateing and finding the answers can be a trial but that's normal for MS.
