Hi ,,, does anyone know how i can get a picture gallery ad inn for
frontpage 2000 ,,

i have tried searching but i only seem to find ones that require payment ,,,
i would appreciate any thoughts

Then File Import your Album into FP

Hi Stefan soory to be a nuisance to you ...
I have made the album but to now import into fp i just keep onening all
the folder and then able to import files as opposed to moving the album ,,,
how can i import the album without opening it into folders .

In FP
- Open your FP site and select the root level
- then use File Import and select the Folders option, browse to the folder and select your folder
(or in Windows Explorer select the folder, and Edit copy, and in FP at the root level use Edit paste)

Root level is the top level of your FP site open in FP
- below it in Folder List or Folder view are all your Site files and folders

If you used Jalbum to create a gallery, yes select whatever files/folders it created

Hi Stefan very sorry again for bothering you....
I have now been trying this for four nights and with no luck .
All the time i try it and trying various ways i get the fp message ,,,,

s error reform/.jalbum does not refer to a page or folder in this web . it
may be a page or folder in a sub web , or it could be a badly formed url ..

the folder name reform/.jalbum is the name of the foler saved in jalbum
after making an album

i would be gratful of any more help thanks cliff .

You are using an illegal folder name (starting with a dot or period: .)
- rename your folder from reform/.jalbum (or .jalbum) to reform-jalbum (or jalbum w/o the leading period)before you try to import it
into FP

You don't upload jalbum-settinging.jap file in http://www.reformlive.co.uk/gallery.htm
You create the gallery in JAlbum and upload the files/folders it create into a folder on your site
Read the Jalbum instructions for creating a photo gallery before you do anything else
