mon explorateur windows ne répond plus (impossible de naviguer
l'arborescence)lorsque je suis connecté à internet.Pourriez-vous m'aider?

Pas la peine de nous noyer sous un tas de trucs imbuvables, perso
j'aurais juste aimé des infos du genre (et non exhaustif) :
- c'est apparu comment,
- quel message d'erreur,
- d'autres programmes fonctionnent-ils encore,
- quand tu fermes la connexion Internet, l'explorateur
se comporte-t-il à nouveau correctement,
- déjà scanné pour les virus et autre cochoncetés...

début
- quel message d'erreur-->aucun message d'erreur.L'explorateur windows reste
figé,il ne répond plus.
- d'autres programmes fonctionnent-ils encore-->oui,le reste fonctionne
normalement

- quand tu fermes la connexion Internet, l'explorateur
se comporte-t-il à nouveau correctement,-->oui,une fois la connexion
fermée,tout redevient normal
- déjà scanné pour les virus et autre cochoncetés...-->aucun virus

Pourtant le log HJT révèle 2 fichiers douteux
 
- Envoie sur VirusTotal le fichier svrany.exe présent dans C:\Windows\system32
Si le fichier a déjà été analysé, refais un scan
Il est possible que ce soit un keylogger

Quelle marque, neuf (sorti du carton, déjà utlisé par le vendeur...) ?

C'est quoi figé ? explique un peu.

Il n'y a pas que les virus, il y a ("autres conchoncetés", non exhaustif)
nous avons aussi :
les spyware, les rootkit, et toutes les cochoncetés qu'on met avec un
petit "j'accepte" dont on ne sait pas exactement ce que c'est...

Pc neuf DELL E6410 (on m'a installé microsoft office,Connected backup de iron
mountain un logiciel de backup et safeguard de sophos un logiciel de chiffrement
des fichiers)
anomalie constatée-->l'explorateur windows ne répond plus c'est-à-dire que je
fais click sur le répertorie REP01 ,il me montre son contenu,puis je click sur
le répertoire REP02 et là,je reste sélectionné sur le REP01 (état de
l'explorateur dans le gestionnaire des taches-->"pas de réponse").Puis au bout
de 30 secondes,je vois enfin le contenu du REP02,je click de nouveau sur
REP01,et de nouveau,il faut attendre 30 secondes .......

Allez, je sors. "On" t'installe des trucs dont on ne sait pas si ce sont les
bonnes version pour TON Windows, je ne sais toujours pas si tu as
assaini ton appareil, tu mets sur un même PC du McAfee et du Sophos
(deux produits qui se battent sûrement dans ton appareil)... et j'en passe.
(euh, toujours pour ma culture perso : tu travailles à la défense nationale

C'est un PC qui sert au boulot et chez toi ?
J'ai le même phénomène, si, chez moi, j'ouvre l'explorateur et que la
fois d'avant c'était au boulot où il voyait des disques réseaux qui ne
sont évidemment pas dispo chez moi.
Par contre c'est indépendant de la connexion internet (du moins je
crois), mais peut-être pas de la connexion réseau (box chez moi).

Oui,j'utilise ce pc chez moi et au boulot.
Le problème se manifeste chez moi (sur des disques locaux)et seulement lorsque
j'active la connexion à internet.
Même lorsque je m'identifie ,depuis chez moi, au réseau de l'entreprise pour
laquelle je travaille,le phénomène persiste encore.
