Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer (MBSA)

Comment fait-on pour utiliser Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer sur
un parc informatique industriel fermé sur l'extérieur.
En effet le MBSA nécessite une connexion Internet pour récupérer les
mises à jour sécurité.
Est-il possible de travailler avec une MBSA en mode déconnecté du
site Microsoft Windows Update...
Je souhaiterais valider une MBSA avant son déploiement sur des
serveurs en production.

Tu peux lancer MSBA depuis un poste du réseau que celui-ci aurait un modem
56K de configuré pour un accès à Internet par contre. (Exemple depuis le
poste du technicien en informatique ou un portable)

Erreur ! c'est possible ! Et encore heureux sinon ca serait la galère de
scanner dans des environnements fermés. :-)
Voici la marche à suivre:
1/ Télécharger le fichier Security update catalog (Wsusscan.cab) à jour :

2/ Télécharger le fichier Authorization catalog for Windows Update site
access (Muauth.cab) à jour : http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=43266
3/ Télécharger éventuellement le fichier Windows Update Agent
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=43264
4/ Les copier dans C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\MBSA\2.0\Cache\

j'ai suivi la procédure, j'ai téléchargé les fichiers et installés dans le
répertoire demandé, mais lorsque je lance MBSA j'ai toujours le message
d'erreur, il cherche à se connecter à microsoft et ensuite il me dit le
fichier de catalogue est endommagé ou n'est pas valide

Par contre après quelques déboires (cette fois-ci le TCO Microsoft n'est
pas bon!)
Il faudra si nécessaire appliquer avant le Microsoft Security Bulletin
MS04-011 et suivre la recommandation de Mickaël.
