Customer Relations Representative:
The role of the Customer Relations Representative is to co-ordinate the
resolution of the PSG's customer complaints in a polite, professional and
effective manner, whist operating within the Business guidelines and terms
and conditions to which the complaint relates.
Responsibilities:
° To take ownership of customer complaints to follow them through until the
case can be closed.
° To develop working relationships with others who can/should assist in
resolving the complaint (internal & external contacts)
° To establish reliable country contacts
° To assist in developing new and improved processes and procedures for
the EMEA Customer Relations Department
Skills Required:
° Good Communicator
° Good Listener
° Strong administration skills
° Assertive, responsible, optimistic and mature
° Fully fluent in English and French
Terms and Conditions:
° Salary - £15,000
° Contract - Employed on a permanent contract
° Full relocation provided - flights, accommodation etc
