Récuperation des mails

Bonjour,
j'ai essayé de reperer tous les boites aux lettres dans un fichier PST
avec l'outil Exmerge,
en final ca me fait un fichier de 32ko . avec un message d'erreur sur
mon fichier de log

Bonjour,

Cela peut venir du fait que vous utilisez exmerge sur un serveur en
français.
Dans ce cas, allez dans le fichier exmerge.ini et remplacer :

LocalisedExchangeServerServiceName=Banque d'informations Microsoft Exchange
par
LocalisedExchangeServerServiceName=Banque de messages Microsoft Exchange

Je n'arrive tjr pas pas a exporter la boite au lettre,
voici le message que je reçois sur le fichier LOG:
Error opening message store (MSEMS). Verify that the Microsoft
Exchange Information Store service is running and that you have the
correct permissions to log on. (0x8004011d)

Le compte qui utilise exmerge doit avoir le droit d'ouvrir toutes les boites
aux lettres :

Do you want to merge your PST file then you can merge all your PST file using
