You definitely have a virus, worm or some other malware by the sound of
it.
First run update antivirus software.
Follow that with at least 3 decent spyware detectors such as Spybot,
Adaware, Windows Defender, etc., ALL updated before use.
If none of those find and download HiJack This, RTFM, and post a log
to an appropriate newsgroup; NOT HERE!
Your crosspost needs to be seriously trimmed down; that's entirely too
many groups and it's probably keeping you from getting responses from
some people. I do thank you however for at least using cross posting
and not multi posting.
Target your group list better, run the above scans, and if you still
have problems, come back and exaplain further.
