Tabbed Browsing?

Hi, I just recently reinstalled my operating system for Windows XP and
everything that comes with that when your hard drive decides to crash.
Now I'm trying to enable tabbed browsing. I've searched tons of forums and
they all say to go to Tools>Internet options>Tabbed Browsing. But in mine,
there is no option for Tabbed Browsing anywhere in the internet options. It's
just like it doesn't exist.. I've searched in the Advanced section as well
and there's no options at all.

Install al Windows Updates and when it asks to install the Internet
Explorer 8 tell him to do so.
And post your question in a Windows newsgroup next time. This one is for
Visual FoxPro.
