foxpro 2.6 too files opened

Hello,
I have foxpro 2.6 program and call other fll program.
If I opened a file in the fll program, it fails.
Before I opened a file if Iclosed a table in foxpro program it works
correctly. But if I do not closed a table in foxpro, fll program fails.
I try to rise files and buffers in config.nt but it do not works in windows
xp.
Please, I need help,
