VFP 3.0b under Win 3.1

When I write in my app something with
RUN myexe or RUN myfile
there's no problem under Win 95,
but with Win 3.1, program fails with the error
Invalid COMSPEC variable.
My user put
SHELL=C:\COMMAND.COM C:\ /P
in his/her CONFIG.SYS
but this doesn't work either.
What to do ?

There's a 3rd party tool called FoxWord that does this. I haven't used it so
I'm not sure how well it works. Check out
