Internet Works But IE7 will not connect

Can not get Internet Explorer 7 to connect to internet on a home computer.
Other computers are working fine on network.

Tried several defferent connects with but cannot get one particular computer
to work. When starting IE7, message "Internet Explorer cannot display the
webpage" comes up. Under "Diagnose Conncetion Problems" the message "
www.microsoft.com is not set upt to establish a connection port "World Wide
Web service (HTTP)" with this computer." Workd fine with other computers
using same connections.

Windows did not find any problems with the computer's network connection
unter Windows Network Diagnosticts.

This computer did work on internet recently. Please help,.
