Will Foxpro 2.6 for Windows run on Vista?
Have large system in this on mostly XP2 machines but some need replacing.

Yes it will, but you may run into problems with data access if you install
the application in the \Program Files\ folder. And of course you still have
all the XP 'problems' - close button, speed patch, etc.

Always ran ok in XP even with mentioned probs. Must get upgraded DB system
but not sure which way to go given MS discontinuing Fox. Has served us well
over past 15 years with very few problems.

Since you are still using FPW 2.6, and it's last update was 8/94 (14 years),
then if you start using VFP 9.0 then you should expect to be using it until
2022!
