Hi, I have a problem with a line items on the multi row input screen, I can
add and save detailed lines but are unable to expand them by clicking on the
"+" symbol.

- The version is Forecaster 7 SP3.
- Problem is with all PC's not one individual PC.
- Problem is only for a single SQL database, the demo database and another
SQL database on the server are not affected.

Any Help appreciated!

I am having similar difficulties. The multi row input window does not update
properly when changes are made to benefits in HR. I have done a lot of
testing and this is what I cannot explain:
If I delete the benefit the multi-row account does not zero out

Hi Margaret,

This is a different issue than the line items one. But I think the solution
for you is to close your input screen, go to Tools | Options and on the
Planning tab, UNCHECK the "allow manual update of Human Resources Accounts"
option. Then run a COMP task or go to the input screen and recalculate the
HR tab for the affected departments.

Let me know if this doesn't solve it.

Thanks,
