Yes, this is possible.

I am assuming you already have the report defined and pulling in capital
details. Assuming this, you just need to add a column to your report's column
set. The Column Code is "NOTES" (no quotes). It is a detail column, so be
sure to check the box called 'Detail' for this new column. Save the column
set and re-run the report and the memos should appear.

Hope this helps.

Yes, thanks I figured it out or at least it works now. Sometimes I don't
understand Forecaster. I had NOTES setup as a column but it wasn't returning
any data. I came back to it later in the day and the day "appeared". Do you
have an explanation? I havesome other oddities I want to post in another
question for the Forecaster team.

Hi Margaret,

Well, I don't know what it is that you're experiencing in terms of data not
showing and then showing later -- are you sure nothing changed in the
intervening hours? Did you have something unsaved when you initially ran the
report and didn't get data and then save it before running again? Are there
errors in Forecaster's Event log from around the time whern you did not get
the data returned?

What the exact version of Forecaster you're using is. Do you have a support
contract with anyone? You may want to investigate one or a consulting
engagement if you are experiencing a lot of issues. My company, MSX Group,
specializes in supporting, implementing and training on Forecaster, so if you
wish to you can check out our website to see what we offer.

In the meantime, you should ensure that you are, in fact, running the latest
version of Forecaster, which is Forecaster 7.0 Service Pack 3 with Cumulative
Update #4. The exact version number is 7.0.1617.8. You can find this on the
Help | About screen in Forecaster.

Forecaster is a very stable, reliable application. Yes, it has flaws and
quirks, but it has proven to be quite well liked and as I said, reliable, for
a long time. Hopefully you will be able to get through the issues you are
having with it and find it to be a useful tool as well. As I said, MSX Group
may be able to help you with the more complicated issues.

Good luck,
