Hello,
I am trying to get the MS excel add-in working for MS Forecaster 7.0,
but am not having any luck. I have installed the add-in without any
issue, but it just won't pull/send data. I have read and followed the
instructions in the user guide. The add-in launches properly, there
are no error messages. After not getting anywhere using my production
DB I attempted to use the forecaster_demo.xls file that is in the
Forecaster directory, This file is set to pull/send data using the
demo DB. I get the same results when using this file, no error
messages, but the data doesn't pull/send.
I tried installing the add-in on three different computers, same
results.
Does anyone know of any troubleshooting steps?
