With the way the economy has been going lately it has never been more
important to help students make the transition to regular employment on
graduation. Microsoft is interested in helping students find entry-level jobs
and internships in the Microsoft partner community — more than 10,000 U.S.
companies. Microsoft wants to help companies to fill open job requirements
with available talent and building the pipeline of skilled workers in the
technology industry. This is where the Students to Business (S2B) program
comes into play.

You probably know that Microsoft provides unique training and certification
opportunities to students, filling the gap between the skills that students
graduate with and the skills needed for employment. Microsoft is committed to
enabling students majoring in IT and CS. These creative and entrepreneurial
students will drive the next wave of U.S. technology innovation. The S2B
program encourages technology industry growth by connecting talented people
to good jobs.

If you know a company looking to hire entry level position or a student or
students looking to kick start their career than the S2B program may be able
to help.
