XNA Programming and Visual C# curriculum

I wonder if anyone can help. I downloaded the XNA Programming and Visual C#
curriculum (Learn_Programming_with_XNA_and_C2_.zip) and when I try to extract
it I get an alert box that tells me I need to enter a password for a number
of the files. Is there a standard password? Has anyone else had this issue?
It is quite frustrating.

Hi Steve,
There should not be any passwords required for this file. One item we have
seen is an issue with the file names being too long when you extract it. Try
extracting the file from the root folder.
