That's for expression web 3... not expression web.

EW3 is expression web. If you mean you still have EW1, this SP isn't for
you, and I wouldn't expect there will be any for EW1.

Right, there was a service pack for EW 1 but that was a couple of years ago
and dealt mostly with the bits that were the same as Office 2007.

Service packs are usually available only for the most recent version unless
they are security related.
