I know web expressions hadles FrontPage content includes as it does well
with ,my header, footers and other modules that were created in FrontPage
before I migrated to Expression web.

Now that I was trying to create a new page in a subweb, I could not find the
option on any tool bar to insert or create a module other than PHP, which I
do not have on my PC and thus have no way to trial-and-error design and
test.

Is there a way to insert an FP module on any toolbar in EW?

If so, where is it located?

If not, what do I do now, when I want to create a document, or series of
documents using an include, since I do not have PHP on my authoring PC and
my PC will not display server includes?

rfr formulated on Thursday :
In Expression Web 4 and Expression Web 3, the
Include Content icon is on the Standard Toolbar
(View->Toolbars->Standard)
In EW4 SP2 (and perhaps SP1 and original EW4),
you can create a custom toolbar and add a
selection of icons (including the Include
Content) - View->Toolbars->Custom

In EW2 the toolbars can be customised, and the
icon can be added in this process.

EW1 does not have the icon at all, and it cannot
be added.

You may have noticed that there is little support
for FrontPage compnents, and the support
diminishes with each version of EW.
